Microgaming Poker Network

Microgaming Poker Network move for iGame Malta

Online poker players at sites including 24hPoker.com, Pokerihuone.com, Casinohuone.com, NoiQ.com and iGame.com will soon be able to enjoy the benefits of the Microgaming Poker Network after operator iGame Malta Limited revealed its intention to switch networks.

The decision follows last week’s announcement from International Game Technology (IGT) that it will be shutting its Entraction Poker Network with iGame Malta stating that the move should be completed ‘towards the end of this year’.

iGame Malta declared that players at its sites will additionally soon be able to enjoy a range of over 350 games from Microgaming’s QuickFire Flash-based online casino and soft games suite including slots and licensed products such as Thunderstruck II, Lara Croft: Tomb Raider and Hellboy alongside the Mega Moolah progressive jackpot title.

“We are thrilled to be joining the Microgaming Poker Network and securing for our players access to the highest quality poker software, good liquidity and a secure long‐term future,” said Tommi Maijala, Managing Director for parent firm iGame Holding Limited.

“The experience of players is always our utmost priority, so joining the Microgaming Poker Network is a very natural development for us. We have received excellent support from Microgaming and very much look forward to working with it into the future.”

“We are delighted that iGame Malta has chosen to move to the Microgaming Poker Network and we know that iGame Malta players will find the Microgaming Poker Network, with its focus on creating an ecologically sound poker environment, to be a welcome home,” said Lydia Melton, Network Games Head for Microgaming.
